Pasti teman-teman juga pada tahu kan apa itu narrative text. Narative text is a imagine story that function to entertain the readers (cerita khayal yang funsinya untuk menghibur pembaca). Ok deh, biar nggk lama-lama, dibaca yaa, happy reading ya buat ceritanya:):)

Falipi's Kingdom

SI TAPI NAGGALASA (Vezellia)

Once upon a time, there lived on the island of Toba Lake a married couple. They lived in the biggest kingdom on the island, Falipi Kingdom. They were King Marihot  and his wife Nauli. King Marihot had a tall body, most handsome in his kingdom, he was also friendly to his people. He was very loved by his wife. She was a Queen was Nauli with her good behavior for the citizen and the others. She also beautiful. They had married for a long time, they were romantic. Their kingdom was very basic principle. The people also had good behavior.

In Bataknese, a king must had child who would inherit the ancestor’s heritage and succed generation of the father’s clan. King Marihot and Queen Nauli hadn’t had a child.

Marihot could felt her wife’s sadness when Marihot saw his wife on the backyard. Marihot came for her.

“What’s happen, dear? Was there wrong from me that made you like this?”asked Marihot

“Oh…no, dear”said Nauli.

Actually, King Marihot knew his wife’s thinking that Queen Nauli really wanted to have a child. Suddenly, a child came and brought basket which full of many food. The  child was child from the citizen.

“Excuse me? Could I offer my food ?”Said the child.

“Of course, dear. What’s your name? Where is your mother?” asked Nauli .

Marihot could see her wife’s happiness when his wife saw the child.

“My name was Duma, she was my mother“ (Duma appointed a girl who would came to them).

And her mother arrived and stand in front of the King Marihot and Queen Nauli.

“Forgive my child, sir?” said Duma’s mother to Marihot King.

“Don’t be like that, she was a child. You must be thanksfull had a beautiful child.” said Nauli friendly.

“How much the price of this food?” asked King Marihot to Duma’s mother.

“It was twenty thousand, Sir Marihot.” said Duma’s mother.

And then Marihot paid the food.

“This was very much, Sir.” said Duma’s mother.

“No ,You could use this money for your child.” said King Marihot.

Duma’s mother said “Thankyou so much, Sir.”

After they returned from the backyard, Nauli was very sad. Marihot always protected his wife. Whereas, Nauli was thaught. She wanted to have a child. And then, she had decided to asked her husband to marry agaian. Nauli came to the King Marihot.

“May I speak with you just a minute?” asked Nauli.

(Marihot saw his wife) ”Of course, dear.”

“Did you loved me?” asked Nauli.

Why did you say that, I really loved you, my wife.” said Marihot.

“If you loved me, marry again.” said Nauli.

(Marihot got angry with his wife) ”What did you mean now, dear? It’s  imposibble. I knew you thought about the child. I wouldn’t marry again. If you wanted a child, it’s better we could the child from the citizen to accompany and comfort you.” said Marihot.

Nauli got carry , her husband really loved her eventhough Taruli couldn’t give him a child.

Marihot carried his wife to the palace. Marihot ordered all of the servant in the palace to prepare a big party for his wife.

During the leisure time, Nauli was very happy because there were children in their palace. Marihot also was happy with it.

Nauli had been pregnant, she always together with her husband, because Marihot didn’t want to loose from his wife. What they waited was arrived, there was a beautiful baby. King Marihot and Queen Nauli was very happy.

This daughter was named Si Tapi Naggalasa. It was her name, because she arrived to fade her mom’s sadness. She grew up. She was the most beautiful lady in her father’s kingdom. She was the one and only heir in her father’s kingdom although she was a girl. Nauli was very proud to have beautiful daughter like her. Her daughter was really obey person and friendly to all. She was really beautiful because she had like skin, pointed nose and tall body like her father.

“Tapi…..Tapi…..dear.“ her mom shouted.

“ Yes mom. I was here. Why ?” She said.

“ I wanted you studying how to weave ulos, your dad also enrolled you there. And you were ready. Mom picked you up to there.” Mom said.

“I was ready.” Tapi shouted.

When they arrived, Nauli came together with her daughter directly.

“Dear, I had to go home, I could pick you up later.” Mom said.

“Yes mom, be careful!” Tapi said.

“Okay, however let’s follow me to weave classroom!” Adult lady said that.

“Yes mom.“ Tapi said.

They walked together forward to weave classroom. When she arrived there, her teacher welcomed and Tapi introduced herself.

“Hi all, My name was Tapi Naggalasa, you could call me Tapi.” Tapi shouted.

“Well, Tapi you could sit there.” (weave teacher said that while was pointing weaving tools which wasn’t occupied someone).

All people coming to weaving class were girls. She didn’t need much time to get friend there. They would be Tapi’s friend directly. They knew that Tapi was King Marihot’s daughter however it wasn’t the reason. Tapi was friendly person and it made they were really close to her.

Tapi was so long to wait her mother for picking her up. However her mom didn’t come. One of her friends offered Tapi going to home but she refused it.

“ Tapi, here was really quiet. You could join with me to my home. “ Lena, her friend said.

“ How about my mom? Tapi asked.

“Just a moment Tapi, I could pick you up later to here.” Lena shouted.

“ Okay, Lena. “ Tapi said.

They went to Lena’s home which wasn’t far from weave class.

“ Tapi, this is my house. I think it was not comparable with palace where you lived , come in!“ Lena said.

“ It’s okay Lena, I was really comfortable here.” Tapi replied.

Actually, Lena’s house was really different with palace where Tapi liked. Lena’s parents was farmer who worked in the field everyday. Whereas, there was a tall man. He was a twin of Lena, was named Lancas.

“Lena, you had gone home.” Lancas asked.

“ Yes brother. Tapi, this was my twin brother, Lancas.” Lena said to Tapi.

Tapi was quiet, she always looked that twin brother of her friend. She had fallen in love at the first sight. Then, Lancas gave her hands to greet Tapi.

“ I was Lancas, her twin brother. You must be Tapi, King Marihot’s daughter.” Lancas suggest.

“ Yes, I was Tapi.” Tapi replied and gave her hands and took it.

“Lena, I wanted to go to field. It was better for you to accompanied Tapi here.“ Lancas said.

“ Okay brother.” Lena replied.

After that, Lena asked Tapi to sit and give some food and drinks to Tapi.

" Lena, you didn’t need preparing it. I wasn’t hungry.” Tapi said.

Lena also answered.” No Tapi. You could be said this house like your house. I was happy to be your friend.

In the palace, the situation was really crowde and noisy, because King wanted to build more. King Marihot wanted to beautify his palace. Remembering  his daughter, Si Tapi Naggalasa would be celebrate 17^th birthday.

King Marihot was really love his daughter. Marihot was not doubtful to make  rules which someone hurted his daughter must be gone from his kingdom. However, Nauli,  her mother was helping all servant to cook dinner. Then, she remembered something.  She forgt to pick her lovely daughter in weave class. She was hurrily ready and asked permission to her husband. She came to Marihot.

“ Dear, Could I go out few moment, I wanted to pick your daughter. She would be wait me so long. “ Nauli said.

“ Okay dear. Be careful.” Marihot answered.

Nauli hurrily went to pick her daughter. She was really worried if her daughter would be hurted.

Because she was very long in Lena’s house. Tapi asked Lena to pickep up her up to weave class. During on the way, there was no one talking, however Tapi’s mind and heart. She remembered that man, Lancas, Lena’s twin brother. Maybe, Tapi had fallen in love with Lancas. She always thought him. It didn’t have more time, they arrived and just waited Tapi’s mother.

“Tapi, why did you smile?” Lena asked because Tapi was smiling.

“Heee,,,,,,no…..no….never mind, Lena.” Tapi replied.

Suddenly, Tapi’s mother came and pickep up.

“ I am sorry, dear. I came late. “ Nauli asked  and felt quilty.

“ No mom. Tapi just came to Lena’s home.” Tapi said.

“ Thanks dear. You accepted my lovely daughter.” Nauli said happily.

“ It’s okay Madam. I was really happy to be Tapi’s friend.” Lena replied.

Lena just did it and nod her head. They went together. Nauli asked Lena to went home together and picked Lena firstly. They went home by kingdom horse and they arrived safely in palace.

When Lena arrived at home, she had find her brother sat in the chair, her brother to muse, and then Lena came to him.

“Hei………What’s going on with you brother?” asked Lena.

“ I didn’t know, just only there was someone entered my mind.” Lancas said.

Lena could confuse with Lancas, and then she went to cook for her family whereas Lancas just smile. Lancas was thought her, Si Tapi Naggalasa. For a long time, he wanted meet her, he know her from the citizen about Tapi’s behavior and her beauty. And last afternoon, he had see her.

This night was the night that mad Tapi and Lancas always smile.

After Marihots family finished dinner, they gathered in the family’s room.

“ Tapi, how with your class last morning, was it interest?” asked Marihot.

“ Yes father. I liked it.“ said Tapi full happy.

After that, Tapi entered to her bedroom and go sleep. Marihot wanted to said something with his wife .

“ Dear, How with our pact with Tuktuk Kingdom?” asked marihot.

“ I thought it was good for Tapi.” said Nauli.

Already a month Tapi followed weave class, and she was already adept at weaved ulos, everyday she could make a ulos. And during it, her relation with Lancas became closer. When she out from weaving class, she met Lancas. She was a little awkward.

“Hi…….whether you’ve completed and where was Lena.“ asked Lancas.

“ Oh…..Lena went to the room of sales ulos.” said Tapi.

“Ehmmmm….May I spoke with you just a minute.”

“With pleasure.” Tapi replied.

“ You…. You were really beautiful, I loved you, ……Would you became my girlfriend? asked Lancas.

“I also loved you, Lancas. I would became your girlfriend.” said Tapi, and Lancas embraced Tapi.

“ Thank you, love “ said Lancas.

Lena hiding when saw her brother came to Tapi, she also heard their words, Lena was witness the words love both of them. When they embraced, her mother came to pick Tapi, she very shocked to see her daughter embraced the man.

“Tapi, let’s go home” Nauli ordered.

“Ehm…mom, Lancas, I had to go home, my mother had pick me up.” Tapi said.

“ Ok be careful.“ Lancas replied.

During a trip Tapi always smile, her mother became worried, she wanted to tell her daughter that she didn’t approach him again.

“ Tapi, Who was the man?” asked Nauli.

“ He was my friends, mom.”

“ Don’t approach him again, I worried with you.” said Nauli.

“ But……I loved him mom.” Tapi said.

Nauli became shocked, and then nothing else was talking. Nauli wanted told it to her husband. After they arrived, directly, Nauli went to met her husband, to tell about Tapi and the man that embraced Her daughter.

“I wanted speak with you.“ asked Nauli.

“Ok dear. What was it.” said Marihot (He came to his wife in the chair).

“ About Tapi, Tapi had feel in loved with a man of the citizen.” Nauli explained.

“ What?“ Marihot shouted.

“What did you will for her? She had embraced the man in front of the weaving class, I think Tapi really loved the man. “ said Nauli.

Marihot also shocked to hear that. He thought if Tapi out of the weaving class, so Tapi couldn’t meet him again.

“ I would out Tapi from weave class. She would weave ulos in this palace.” Marihot said.

Actually, Marihot not to want did it, but for Tapi’safety, Marihot had to do that.

“ I agree with you, and How with the prince of Tuktuk Kingdom.” asked Nauli.

“ I had tell them. They would came here when Tapi’s 17^th birthday. “ said Marihot.

“ I hope Tapi could receive the pact.” Nauli replied.

“ Don’t be worry dear, our daughter was obedient.” Marihot said.

Tomorrow morning, Tapi late woke up. After she take a bath, she came to the living room and met her parents there.

“ Dear, come here.” Marihot ordered.

Tapi received her father’s persuade and she sat inside her father.

“ My daughter, from now, You could made ulos in this palace . . I had prepare for you. “ said Marihot.

Tapi shocked with her father’s says. It’s mean, she never see her boyfriend again.

“ Why….daddy “ asked Tapi, she almost cry.

“ Daddy wouldn’t you close the man of the citizen, you didn’t may meet again. Daddy had pact you with a prince that really loved you. Next week, they would com here at you 17^th birthday. Father hope you forgor him!“ said Marihot.

“ Why father like that? Are he because a poor guy?” asked Tapi.

“If you knew, a daughter of the king had to marry with a prince of king also, dear. You could do that.” said Marihot.

“ Daddd…” said tapi , she got cry .

And then Marihot embraced his lovely daughter, he also scared to teel her, but what’s to be done, it would happen next week.

Tapi still cry, and she went to her bedroom. She wouldn’t out of her bedroom. Her parents are busy because date of Tapi’s birthday was near, so they prepared everything.

Whereas in weave class, Lancas waited Tapi  because she didn’t come to class.  Lena and her friends had entered weave class. Lancas wanted met to his girlfriend but Lena didn’t give him to go to the place because it was dangerous if disturb the daughter of Marihot King. But, Marihot keep went to the palace to meet his girlfriend.

Tapi thought to go a moment to calm herself, she left without parent’s permission, she just leave a letter of the table. She was through the back door, she went to the  market, and finally she arrived in hot spring. The water cames from Lake Toba. After she weared clothes’s swim, she into the hot spring, and suddenly  her eyes felt drown and everything was dark.

Meanwhile, Lancas had arrive in palace. But, he didn’t can enter to the palace, Marihot got really angry to Lancas.

“ I am sorry King, had loved your daughter, but, Could I meet her for the last time?” asked Lancas.

Marihot aggre with his says,“ Okay, but after it, don’t meet may daughter again.” said Marihot.

After Nauli ready cooked for Tapi, she picked the food and gave it to her lovely daughter. But, Tapi didn’t there. She was really worry and increase a letter that Tapi went from the palace, she run to her husband, she got cry. Lancas still stand of there.

“ Dear ,,,” Marihot shocked when his wife cry.

“ Tapi,,,Tapi,,,she didn’t there, she had go from this palace.” said Nauli (she gave her husband a letter).

Marihot and Lancas really shocked. Lancas went to look for her girlfriend, he got cry to hear that. Whereas Marihot ordered all of the soldier to look for his daughter. He embraced his wife.

“ I was sorry, I was so stupid. “ his says to his wife.

Nauli was really sad, she just wanted her daughter return to her. Lancas couldn’t find her girlfriend, he decided to go home. All of the soldier of palace also couldn’t find Tapi. Tapi went so far.

The next day, Tapi was confused when her eyes were open. She was very shocked, why she was here, she saw her around, there were so much flowers. Long she muse, she remembered that he had fell in love with someone who was not approved by her parents. She came back cry. She didn’t return to the palace.

In the Falipi’s palace, all of people look for Si Tapi Naggalasa. Nauli was really sad. Marihot had made happiness of his wife became sadness. Marihot had promise, who found her daughter  would can a part of his kingdom.

Lena also sick heard that, she just gave her brother motivation that Tapi would return to them. Lena always accompanied her brother. All of citizen also not believe it, that Marihot prohibited Tapi related with Lancas.

            Tapi was so hapy in the place, she wanted forgot everything. Tapi was tired. But, when she walked to the flower’s place, she listened to the voice that called her.

“ Tapi, Tapi, did you know, your parents, and people who loved you was worried you. I told you to back to your really home. Don’t be yield, Love would proof everything.”

Tapi was thought of that. Her heart also wanted back to home, to the palace. But, she was worried if her parents disaggre her relation with the man of citizen.

“ Don’t be worried, I’ll beside you, you could do that. Now, back to your really home. It’s time.“

Tapi walked all ot once crying. She was really longing for her mom, dad, and her boyfriend. She was run and after a long time, she arrived at the palace. So many people of that. Yeah, she was overlook her birthday, but they still waited her until now.

“ Dad, Mom.“ Tapi shouted.

“ Oh my God, Is’t you? My daughter.” Nauli came and embraced her daughter, King Marihot was so thankfull for God, that his daughter was back. He also embraced Tapi.

“ Daddy loved you, don’t think again to went out from this palace, daddy wouldn’t loose you.” Said King Marihot.

“ I loved you too dad, mom, I’m sorry had made you worried of me.” Tapi said.

“ Lancas………” Tapi was shocked, when she entered the palace, Lancas her boyfriend was here.

“ Don’t you miss him?” Nauli asked to her daughter.

“ Mom, dad, “

“ Daddy allowed you with Lancas, you loved each others. Lancas was good boy, your happiness were our happiness too.” Said King Marihot.

Two years later, Si Tapi Naggalasa had married with Lancas, they are happily. King Marihot ang his wife Queen Nauli had given the kingdom to their daughter and son in law.
